Freezing:

Pre-slice or put entire loaf in the freezer for maximum of 45 days.

Thawing instructions:
1. Thaw out your loaf on the counter for 4-8 hours.

2. Preheat your oven to 350-400*°F.

3. Water your loaf from all sides for about 5 seconds.

4. Pop it into the oven and bake for 10-15* minutes.

5. The goal here is to reach crunchy bottom! If it’s still wet - add more time.

*temperature and baking time depends on amount of moisture on your loaf and power of oven. We suggest to start from 350°F for 15 min or 400°F for 10 min. If needed - add 5-10 more min.

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2-5 business days (+ 2 day shipping), but we always try to fulfill orders as fast as possible! We ship orders every week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (received previous week) which means that you should expect your orded to be delivered Thursday or Friday, given that the weather and FedEx service are complying.
