Hold The Wheat is a small takeaway bakery in St. Louis Park, MN with a second location opening later this year in Portland, Oregon. We specialize in gluten-free cakes, pies, cookies, and kindness, plus savory and vegan options! We got our start as a side hustle in 2016 and grew into a family business after years of expanding our menu at local farmers markets in the greater Minneapolis area.

At Brim, we use organic ingredients as much as possible & the menu is always gluten free. We believe in using only extra virgin olive oil, virgin coconut oil, and avocado oil in our menu items. Our beef is grass fed from Grass Run Farms, our eggs and our chicken is organic and hormone free from Larry Schultz farms in Owatonna , our produce is sourced locally and organic during peak seasons and organically grown in the colder months. We believe the best food is real food made with ingredients rich in nutrition.
