Freezing and Thawing

Freezing:

Pre-slice or put entire loaf in the freezer for maximum of 45 days.

Thawing instructions:
1. Thaw out your loaf on the counter for 4-8 hours.

2. Preheat your oven to 350-400*°F.

3. Water your loaf from all sides for about 5 seconds.

4. Pop it into the oven and bake for 10-15* minutes.

5. The goal here is to reach crunchy bottom! If it’s still wet - add more time.

6. 🎉DONE🎉

We put a lot of love and effort into fermenting this loaf for over 8 hours! We will take the havy lifting of wholesome sourdough baking for you so all there is left to do is to pop it in the oven and enjoy. ❤️

*temperature and baking time depends on amount of moisture on your loaf and power of oven. We suggest to start from 350°F for 15 min or 400°F for 10 min. If needed - add 5-10 more min.

Soooo Goood

I have purchased a lot of different gluten free breads. Some at the store and some online. I usually purchase from another online company and their bread is pretty good. It comes pre-sliced and they have a few options for flavors but I needed bread for stuffing because I love stuffing but don't love not feeling good. So I was trying to find a sourdough specifically as that is what I have always used (gluten containing). I thought since I was buying the loaves for my stuffing, I would get a couple of baguette's to use for my apps. OMG, so so good! I out them under water and into the oven for a bit as directed. It was like having fresh bread out of the oven. I can now enjoy brie and cheese on bread! Such a treat at the holidays, or Fridays:-) I will definitely buy again.
