Our gluten-free, vegan white sourdough loaf combines a light, neutral flavor with balanced taste of a traditional bread. Perfectly versatile, it pairs beautifully with sweet jams, creamy spreads, or savory toppings. Handcrafted with ancient grains, this loaf is rich in essential microelements that support a healthier lifestyle. Ingredients: Buckwheat flour, Brown rice flour, Millet flour, Tapioca flour, Arrowroot flour, Psyllium husk, Yacon syrop, Himalayan pink salt, Tiger nut flour, Olive oil.

All ingredients are certified gluten-free. Produced in a gluten-free facility.

Freezing and Thawing

Freezing:

Pre-slice or put entire loaf in the freezer for maximum of 45 days.

Thawing instructions:
1. Thaw out your loaf on the counter for 4-8 hours.

2. Preheat your oven to 350-400*°F.

3. Water your loaf from all sides for about 5 seconds.

4. Pop it into the oven and bake for 10-15* minutes.

5. The goal here is to reach crunchy bottom! If it’s still wet - add more time.

6. 🎉DONE🎉

7. Savor that amazing smell and enjoy the fresh taste as if you just baked it! 🍞

We put a lot of love and effort into fermenting this loaf for over 8 hours! We will take the havy lifting of wholesome sourdough baking for you so all there is left to do is to pop it in the oven and enjoy. ❤️

*temperature and baking time depends on amount of moisture on your loaf and power of oven. We suggest to start from 350°F for 15 min or 400°F for 10 min. If needed - add 5-10 more min.

Purchased the sourdough and multi seed from our local coop! Blown away so went online to see what else they made. Ordered 1 of each. Tried them all and I truly have no words! I have been dairy and gluten free for decades, have tried everything on the market and this is by far the BEST ever!
On top of all of this-it was delivered to my door by Vlad himself. Kind caring human and that energy is in the bread!!!

Second Time as Good as the First

After being gifted the white sourdough, I had to order more. Shipping out of state is tough. Through sub-zero weather and lots of snow it’s near impossible. The communication from the bakery was fantastic. The bread…well I’m a repeat customer willing to wait out storms so that should tell you how great the bread is.

Perfect for Stuffing

I needed bread for stuffing because I love stuffing but don't love not feeling good. So I was trying to find a sourdough specifically as that is what I have always used (gluten containing) and I thought I'd give this a try. It was perfect. I have tried using gf croutons before and they have fallen apart and the texture wasn't right. This was great. I make a bread and sausage stuffing and my kids couldn't tell the difference betweent eh gf stuffing and the regular. Thanks you!
