Freezing and Thawing

Freezing:

Pre-slice or put entire loaf in the freezer for maximum of 45 days.

Thawing instructions:
1. Thaw out your loaf on the counter for 4-8 hours.

2. Preheat your oven to 350-400*°F.

3. Water your loaf from all sides for about 5 seconds.

4. Pop it into the oven and bake for 10-15* minutes.

5. The goal here is to reach crunchy bottom! If it’s still wet - add more time.

6. 🎉DONE🎉

7. Savor that amazing smell and enjoy the fresh taste as if you just baked it! 🍞

We put a lot of love and effort into fermenting this loaf for over 8 hours! We will take the havy lifting of wholesome sourdough baking for you so all there is left to do is to pop it in the oven and enjoy. ❤️

*temperature and baking time depends on amount of moisture on your loaf and power of oven. We suggest to start from 350°F for 15 min or 400°F for 10 min. If needed - add 5-10 more min.

Best GF Sourdough I’ve had!

This is the best gluten free sourdough that I have had. It is moist and does not fall apart. Not overwhelming sour but just great flavor. I can’t wait to try some of their other products.

The communication, service and bread were all incredible. I ordered my gluten free sourdough the Friday before Easter, expecting that I would be able to pick it up on Monday, which was great as this is what the website said. Then I received an email from the owner that he was sorry for the delay and that he would deliver it to my house. I offered to meet him somewhere and next thing I knew, the bread was delivered to my home address. So we enjoyed the bread for Easter dinner and I was so happy that I finally was able to enjoy bread with my meal that was delicious and tasty! I will be ordering bread from you again and am exciting to try other items from your bakery as well! I cannot say enough great things about Heaven Gluten Free Bakery! It truly is a slice of Heaven!
