Freezing and Thawing

Freezing:

Pre-slice or put entire loaf in the freezer for maximum of 45 days.

Thawing instructions:
1. Thaw out your loaf on the counter for 4-8 hours.

2. Preheat your oven to 350-400*°F.

3. Water your loaf from all sides for about 5 seconds.

4. Pop it into the oven and bake for 10-15* minutes.

5. The goal here is to reach crunchy bottom! If it’s still wet - add more time.

6. 🎉DONE🎉

7. Savor that amazing smell and enjoy the fresh taste as if you just baked it! 🍞

We put a lot of love and effort into fermenting this loaf for over 8 hours! We will take the havy lifting of wholesome sourdough baking for you so all there is left to do is to pop it in the oven and enjoy. ❤️

*temperature and baking time depends on amount of moisture on your loaf and power of oven. We suggest to start from 350°F for 15 min or 400°F for 10 min. If needed - add 5-10 more min.

The best wholesome gluten free bread

I had given up on gluten-free bread until I tasted Heaven gluten-free bread. Wholesome, and delicious. I love the crisp outside and chewy inside after I’ve popped a slice in the toaster.

I ordered 3 different kinds, two loaves and a baguette, and they were all delicious. Above all, they are gluten free, grain free, and no seed oils! I had to search the whole internet for this kind of bread. Even chat GPT could only come up with two bakeries in the US that qualified! I had hoped I could find a bakery in Florida where I live, but the closest was Minnesota.
