Flavorful German-style bread with flaxseed and allspice is ideal for flavorful food. Rich well balanced taste helps enhance flavor of soups and toasts and goes ideally with avocado, egg or smoked salmon. Light yet filling.

Ingredients: buckwheat, flaxseed, psyllium husk, allspice, tiger nut, Himalayan pink salt. Ancient grain bread. All ingredients are certified gluten-free.

Freezing and Thawing

Freezing:

Pre-slice or put entire loaf in the freezer for maximum of 45 days.

Thawing instructions:
1. Thaw out your loaf on the counter for 4-8 hours.

2. Preheat your oven to 350-400*°F.

3. Water your loaf from all sides for about 5 seconds.

4. Pop it into the oven and bake for 10-15* minutes.

5. The goal here is to reach crunchy bottom! If it’s still wet - add more time.

6. 🎉DONE🎉

7. Savor that amazing smell and enjoy the fresh taste as if you just baked it! 🍞

We put a lot of love and effort into fermenting this loaf for over 8 hours! We will take the havy lifting of wholesome sourdough baking for you so all there is left to do is to pop it in the oven and enjoy. ❤️

*temperature and baking time depends on amount of moisture on your loaf and power of oven. We suggest to start from 350°F for 15 min or 400°F for 10 min. If needed - add 5-10 more min.

This is a great, hardy, loaf of bread. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Taste and texture are so good you can eat it fresh- no toasting, which is a luxury when it comes to gluten free bread.

Delighted with dark flaxseed bread!

This was so tasty and reminded me of dark breads I ate in Europe. It is hard to believe it is gluten free! I especially like it with roast beef or pastrami for a sandwich. It is equally delicious toasted with butter or nut butter for breakfast. Yummmmm
