Ingredients: Filtered Water, Organic Buckwheat Flour, Ground Flaxseed, Wild Fermented Starter (organic buckwheat flour, filtered water), Psyllium Husk, Himalayan Pink Salt, Organic Tiger Nut Flour, Allspice, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Ancient grain bread. All ingredients are certified gluten-free.

Freezing and Thawing

Freezing:

Pre-slice or put entire loaf in the freezer for maximum of 45 days.

Thawing instructions:
1. Thaw out your loaf on the counter for 4-8 hours.

2. Preheat your oven to 350-400*°F.

3. Water your loaf from all sides for about 5 seconds.

4. Pop it into the oven and bake for 10-15* minutes.

5. The goal here is to reach crunchy bottom! If it’s still wet - add more time.

6. 🎉DONE🎉

7. Savor that amazing smell and enjoy the fresh taste as if you just baked it! 🍞

We put a lot of love and effort into fermenting this loaf for over 8 hours! We will take the havy lifting of wholesome sourdough baking for you so all there is left to do is to pop it in the oven and enjoy. ❤️

*temperature and baking time depends on amount of moisture on your loaf and power of oven. We suggest to start from 350°F for 15 min or 400°F for 10 min. If needed - add 5-10 more min.

The best, and I am finally normal

The brown pumpernickel like boule arrived, I took one smell and I was in heaven. I took out my cream cheese, slathered it on, and went to heaven as I took my bites. I would swear I was eating just..bread, not...gluten free bread. I have not had bread this good, and I have tried them all for sure. Thank you for the first time I can be normal since I was 17- I am now 70 years old. I can't wait to get more money so I can freeze it for my use at any time!!!! i WISH IT WAS BIGGER
