Freezing and Thawing

Freezing:

Pre-slice or put entire loaf in the freezer for maximum of 45 days.

Thawing instructions:
1. Thaw out your loaf on the counter for 4-8 hours.

2. Preheat your oven to 350-400*°F.

3. Water your loaf from all sides for about 5 seconds.

4. Pop it into the oven and bake for 10-15* minutes.

5. The goal here is to reach crunchy bottom! If it’s still wet - add more time.

6. 🎉DONE🎉

7. Savor that amazing smell and enjoy the fresh taste as if you just baked it! 🍞

We put a lot of love and effort into fermenting this loaf for over 8 hours! We will take the havy lifting of wholesome sourdough baking for you so all there is left to do is to pop it in the oven and enjoy. ❤️

*temperature and baking time depends on amount of moisture on your loaf and power of oven. We suggest to start from 350°F for 15 min or 400°F for 10 min. If needed - add 5-10 more min.

Fantastic bread- soft not dry like every other GF bread .

Small but SOOOooo good!

I tried the sourdough loaf with no seeds and was a little frustrated by the size, but then again
i'm the only person eating it. Most folks who eat gluten free bread, I find eat very little bread to begin with, since we've had to give it up. It's delicious bread and has the sourdough taste!!!

So soft and tasty!

I love this bread! It doesn't taste like other gluten-free breads I have tried. My husband has Celiac and we have tried several types of gluten-free bread and this is the best so far!
