Sour-sweet and nutty taste unfolding in a healthy sourdough loaf. Great for breakfast or lunch with little honey and butter.

Ingredients: buckwheat, brown rice, pecans, cranberries (cranberries, sugar), millet, tapioca, arrowroot flour, psyllium husk, coconut sugar, Himalayan pink salt, tiger nut, olive oil. All ingredients are certified gluten-free. This product is vegan and is produced in a gluten-free facility.

Freezing and Thawing

Freezing:

Pre-slice or put entire loaf in the freezer for maximum of 45 days.

Thawing instructions:
1. Thaw out your loaf on the counter for 4-8 hours.

2. Preheat your oven to 350-400*°F.

3. Water your loaf from all sides for about 5 seconds.

4. Pop it into the oven and bake for 10-15* minutes.

5. The goal here is to reach crunchy bottom! If it’s still wet - add more time.

6. 🎉DONE🎉

7. Savor that amazing smell and enjoy the fresh taste as if you just baked it! 🍞

We put a lot of love and effort into fermenting this loaf for over 8 hours! We will take the havy lifting of wholesome sourdough baking for you so all there is left to do is to pop it in the oven and enjoy. ❤️

*temperature and baking time depends on amount of moisture on your loaf and power of oven. We suggest to start from 350°F for 15 min or 400°F for 10 min. If needed - add 5-10 more min.

The cranberries are too large. Should be chopped so they don't burn in the toaster. The bread is very dense and dry. It should be a bit sweeter. Very small for the price.
