Freezing and Thawing

Freezing:

Pre-slice or put entire loaf in the freezer for maximum of 45 days.

Thawing instructions:
1. Thaw out your loaf on the counter for 4-8 hours.

2. Preheat your oven to 350-400*°F.

3. Water your loaf from all sides for about 5 seconds.

4. Pop it into the oven and bake for 10-15* minutes.

5. The goal here is to reach crunchy bottom! If it’s still wet - add more time.

6. 🎉DONE🎉

7. Savor that amazing smell and enjoy the fresh taste as if you just baked it! 🍞

We put a lot of love and effort into fermenting this loaf for over 8 hours! We will take the havy lifting of wholesome sourdough baking for you so all there is left to do is to pop it in the oven and enjoy. ❤️

*temperature and baking time depends on amount of moisture on your loaf and power of oven. We suggest to start from 350°F for 15 min or 400°F for 10 min. If needed - add 5-10 more min.

BEST Gluten Free bread

I've been living with Celiac for 13 years and this is honestly, the best bread I've had in all these years. Love the cranberry touch of sweet. Highly recommend.

Love this bread!

The cranberry pecan sourdough is delicious. I first found it at Brim, a GF restaurant in Minneapolis, and loved it. I was unaware that I could order by mail on my first trip there. A year later, it was packaged differently and allowed me to find the website and place my first order. Of all the GF breads I've tried, this is the best, and my husband likes it too. I will keep ordering!
